Shipping policy

Items are only able to be purchased and shipped to locations within Canada.  No international orders or shipping will be approved. 

All items that are able to be shipped lettermail (uninsured + untracked) will be shipped in this manner unless parcel/tracked + insured shipping is chosen at checkout.  All orders will be completed by the current turn around time and shipped within 48 hours after the date it is completed. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, we are not responsible for any address errors typed into your order. Once the item is dropped off at the post office/mailbox or placed in the pickup bin for local pickup, we will not be held responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages.  You may purchase the tracked and insured shipping option if you would like to insure and track your order.
